At FrameHalı, customer satisfaction is important to us. The return and exchange process for purchased products is explained below.

📦 Return Period

You may return your product within 14 days of the delivery date.

📌 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be unused
• Be undamaged
• Be returned in its original condition

⚠️ Important Note

FrameHalı products are created for decorative purposes using sections of standard rugs. Their edge structure and form may therefore differ from conventional rugs.

👉 This characteristic alone is not considered a valid reason for return.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact us to submit your return request.
2. After approval, send the product back to us.
3. The refund process begins after the returned product has been inspected.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product has been approved, the payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

Please contact us regarding exchange requests. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🚫 Returns We Cannot Accept

• Damage or deformation caused by the customer
